The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning, internal hospital transport and auxiliary tasks in the care of a hospitalised patient at the Voivodship Centre for Health Care, Lung Disease Treatment and Rehabilitation in Łódź. The subject of the contract includes, in particular: current cleaning, disinfection, general cleaning, final disinfection, performing auxiliary tasks with patients, ward kitchen service, internal transport service. The detailed scope of the subject service along with the obligations of the Contractor has been defined in Annex no. 2 and Annex no. 3 to the SWZ. The Purchaser does not envisage the use of an electronic auction, does not conduct a procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement, does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract to be granted exclusively by contractors, as referred to in art. 94 Pzp, does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons, as referred to in art. 96 para. 2 point 2 Pzp, does not envisage the reimbursement of participation costs in the procedure, does not make reservations, as referred to in art. 60 and art. 121 of the Pzp Act. The Purchaser envisages the requirements, as referred to in art. 95 of the Pzp Act, which have been defined in Section V of the SWZ, does not envisage the granting of advances for the performance of the contract, does not envisage the granting of contracts, as referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Pzp Act. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor (subcontractors). The Purchaser does not allow the submission of variant offers. The Purchaser allows the addition of an electronic catalogue to the offer. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers. The offer must cover the entire subject of the contract.
