Poland – Roadworks – Budowa drogi dla rowerów w ciągu drogi powiatowej nr 4630 P na odcinku Chełmce-Porwity wraz z budową punktu P&R oraz B&R

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task in the "design and build" formula, covering the execution of complete design documentation concerning the construction of a cycle path, including the construction of a P&R and B&R point and necessary complementary infrastructure, on the basis of which the investment will be possible to implement both in terms of legal and technical aspects, as well as the execution of works in accordance with this design documentation. 2. The subject of the order includes, in particular, the execution of design documentation along with obtaining, on behalf of and in the name of the Contracting Authority, a ZRID decision, as well as the construction of a cycle path on the county road no. 4630 P on the section Chełmce-Porwity, including the construction of a P&R and B&R point and necessary complementary infrastructure. 3. The detailed scope of the order is specified by: Annex 1 to SWZ (Functional-User Program) and Annex 9 (Essential Contract Terms). In the event of discrepancies in the records of the above documents, the regulations indicated in the Essential Contract Terms shall take precedence. 4. The contractor will provide a minimum 5-year warranty for defects in the subject of the order, from the date of final acceptance.
