The subject of the order is the collection, transport and disposal, through a processing and recovery process, of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction >80 mm) from the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdowo, Sławno, in an estimated quantity of 10,000.00 Mg. 1. The detailed description, scope and conditions of the subject of the order required by the Purchaser, which constitute the subject of the service and the manner of implementing the order, are contained in the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 90500000-2 - waste-related services; 90512000-9 - waste transport services. 3. Type of order: services. 4. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the quantity of waste given in the OPZ and SWZ. The quantity of waste may decrease or increase, according to the needs of the Purchaser. A change in the quantity of waste results in a change in the final remuneration of the Contractor. Non-performance of the entire scope of the order may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Purchaser. 5. Waste to be disposed of will be transported by the Contractor at its own cost. The Contractor will be obliged to collect waste from the Purchaser on working days between 7:00 – 12:00, these are the working hours of the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdowo. 6. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of conducting a site visit at the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdowo, Sławno, upon the written request of the Contractor, in order to obtain all data that may be useful for the preparation of the offer. 7. The Purchaser informs that the site visit does not constitute a binding element of the SWZ within the meaning of art. 131 para. 2 of the Pzp Act. The cost of the site visit is borne by the Contractor.
