Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Nowogródek Pomorski

1) The subject of the order includes the collection and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of the Gmina Nowogródek Pomorski, i.e. - inhabited properties, - properties on which there are holiday homes, or other properties used for recreational purposes. 2) The contractor is obliged to collect and dispose of municipal waste generated on properties where residents live, on which there are holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes. The list of properties where municipal waste is generated is an appendix to the specification of the order conditions. 3) The contractor is obliged to supply bags for the selective collection of waste to the owners of properties, conducting selective waste collection, in single-family, farmstead and multi-family buildings. The bags must be supplied continuously and in quantities necessary for proper waste collection between collections from the properties. 4) The contractor is obliged to prepare a list of routes for the passage of vehicles collecting waste along with the number of kilometres of each route and to deliver it to the ordering party before signing the contract.
