The subject of the contract is the supply of active electrical energy at high, medium and low voltage at freely agreed prices, in accordance with the Energy Act and the inclusion in the balancing group of the objects of "Sofiyska Voda" AD and the coverage of their imbalances. The high-voltage object of "Sofiyska Voda" AD is the "Kubratovo Wastewater Treatment Plant" (SPSOV), having a measurement point with number: 32X0011001001408 and is directly connected to the high-voltage transmission network operated by ESO. The low- and medium-voltage objects of "Sofiyska Voda" AD are described in Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 to this section. The Contracting Authority must be included with all its objects as an indirect member in the balancing group of the Contractor (Trader) and must be provided with all the necessary administrative and other services related to the coverage of imbalances, in accordance with the hourly schedules of the company. The Contractor (Trader) carries out the activities, subject of the contract, in accordance with the requirements set out in the contract project.
