The subject of the contract is the complete service of removal, transport and disposal of hazardous waste stored in Sosnowiec at: 1) ul. Brynicznej 9 (plot no. 4882/2, district 9); 2) ul. Mikołajczyka 59a (plot no. 703/3, district 12), hereinafter referred to as "Waste". The task involves the proper and environmentally safe removal, transport and disposal of waste illegally stored on the specified site. The task must be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations on waste management. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, common to both parts of the contract. 3. The use of the D5 process will only be permitted if the Contractor proves that disposal of the waste in the D10 process is impossible. To confirm the impossibility of using the D10 process, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit a written statement from the hazardous waste processing facility confirming the lack of such possibility. 4. The contracting authority requires a bid bond for parts 1 and 2 of the contract. 5. Before the contract is concluded, the Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee of proper performance of the contract in the amount of 10% of the total price offered. The Contractor provides the guarantee separately for each part for which their offer was considered the most advantageous.
