The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the Krotoszyn, Zdun and Cieszków bypass along the existing national road no. 15. The bypass is located in the Wielkopolskie and Dolnośląskie voivodeships, in the Krotoszyński and Milicki counties, in the municipalities of Krotoszyn, Zduny and Cieszków. All necessary design work must be carried out, obtain on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all agreements, permits, permits, decisions and consents necessary for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Requirements of the Contracting Authority and the Contract Terms, carry out the construction works and obtain on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority the decisions on the permit for use for the entire scope of the investment. The detailed scope of the Works to be carried out within the obligations of the Contractor is presented in the Functional-User Programme (PFU).
