The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: “Construction of charging points for electric vehicles and points for supplying aircraft with energy from the grid (400Hz) along with accompanying infrastructure” in the “design and build” formula, including the preparation of design documentation based on the Concept and other tender documents, as well as the implementation of construction works in accordance with the developed design. 2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular: a) the preparation of complete design documentation based on the OPZ, PFU and the Technical Concept “Expansion of energy infrastructure to prepare charging points for electric vehicles at Katowice Airport” along with obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the required by law checks, agreements and opinions, as well as permits, decisions and other necessary documents to start construction works, and in particular a legally binding building permit; b) the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the prepared design documentation to the Contracting Authority; c) the performance of construction works along with obtaining a permit for use and the exercise of authorial supervision during the implementation of the construction works; d) the supply, installation, connection, commissioning of equipment and handover for operation in accordance with the OPZ, PFU, Technical Concept and prepared design documentation, as well as the transfer of technical documentation of the equipment; e) the conduct of training in the operation of the equipment; f) the preparation of complete as-built documentation, taking into account any changes made during the implementation of the investment (in accordance with the provisions contained in the contract); g) the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the prepared as-built documentation to the Contracting Authority; 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract has been defined in the annexes to the SWZ, namely: a) Annex No. 2 – Description of the subject of the contract, b) Annex No. 2.1a – Functional-User Program, c) Annex No. 2.1b - Technical Concept “Expansion of energy infrastructure to prepare charging points for electric vehicles at Katowice Airport”. Note: Annex 2.1a) Functional-User Program is a supplement to the Technical Concept specified in Annex 2.1b). In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of Annex 2.1a) and the provisions of the Technical Concept contained in Annex 2.1b), the provisions of Annex 2.1a) shall prevail.
