The subject of the procurement is primarily orthognathic surgical planning as a service, as well as guides and plates as goods for the North Savo Wellbeing Services County (PSHVA) in accordance with the tender documents. As part of the patient's orthognathic treatment, a jaw repositioning surgery is performed on the upper jaw (LeFort 1), lower jaw (BSSO) or both (Bimax). Osteotomies performed for these surgeries are guided, particularly for the upper jaw and sometimes also for the lower jaw, to achieve an optimal surgical outcome. Individual osteosynthesis plates are also used in conjunction with guided osteotomy. The planning of the jaw repositioning surgery is carried out in cooperation between the orthodontist, maxillofacial surgeon and the service provider's planner. The planning is done entirely digitally based on the patient's scanned bite and CBCT or CT imaging. The planning is done in a 3D environment, taking into account the patient's anatomy, osteotomy lines, and moving the patient's jaws to the optimal position. Based on the jaw repositioning model, the osteotomy or surgical guide and further the osteosynthesis plates that stabilize the jaws in the new position are designed. After the osteotomy, the osteosynthesis plates are attached to the patient according to the pre-drilled holes using osteosynthesis screws. The screw holes are drilled in conjunction with the osteotomy according to the surgical guide. Individual guides and plates are delivered according to Servican's supply chain and screws to the hospital as commercial stock items. The procurement combines both a service and goods. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the subject of the procurement forms a natural procurement entity, the division of which would make the implementation of the procurement difficult. Sub-tenders will not be considered. Two (2) suppliers will be selected in order of preference. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 600,000 euros for the contract period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 600,000 euros for the contract period. The contract period is a fixed-term contract of four (4) years, initially for the period 1.1.2027-31.12.2030.
