Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Lubanie

The subject of the order is the collection and disposal of municipal waste generated in the area of the Gmina Lubanie from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The scope of the order includes:

1. Collection and disposal of municipal waste from owners of properties in single-family and multi-family housing:

- mixed (unsegregated) waste collected in containers and bags, including residues from waste segregation at the point of generation,

- selectively collected waste according to the following categories: paper, glass, metals and plastics, biowaste constituting municipal waste, ash collected in containers and bags at the point of generation,

2. Collection and disposal of municipal waste from the selective collection point for municipal waste PSZOK in Kucerz,

3. Delivery of bags for selective collection, on the terms described in the SWZ.

The estimated amount of waste to be collected and disposed of from residential properties during the contract period is approximately 1391.4 Mg. The types of waste constituting the subject of the order are:

1) paper;

2) metals;

3) plastics;

4) glass;

5) multi-material packaging;

6) biowaste constituting municipal waste;

7) expired medicines and chemicals;

8) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, especially needles and syringes;

9) used batteries and accumulators;

10) used electrical and electronic equipment;

11) furniture and other bulky waste;

12) construction and demolition waste;

13) used tyres;

14) textile and clothing waste;

15) ash;

16) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.

The type and frequency of municipal waste collection:

1. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste remaining after selection (code 20 03 01)

Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected into containers on single-family and multi-family housing estates, set up on residential properties in Gmina Lubanie in designated places (dustbins, designated places for containers).

- from single-family housing estates - 1 time every 2 weeks from 1 April to 31 October, and once a month in the remaining period,

- from multi-family housing estates - 1 time per week from 1 April to 31 October, and once every 2 weeks in the remaining period, between 6.00 – 20.00.

2. Selectively collected municipal waste will be collected into containers and bags (on single-family housing estates) and containers (multi-family housing estates), set up on residential properties by the residents of Gmina Lubanie in designated places (dustbins, designated places for containers).

a. Paper (waste codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01)

- from single-family housing estates 1 time per month,

- from multi-family housing estates 2 times per month, between 6.00 – 20.00.

b. Glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02)

- from single-family housing estates 1 time per month,

- from multi-family housing estates 2 times per month, between 6.00 – 20.00.

c. Metals and plastics (waste codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40)

- from single-family housing estates 1 time per month,

- from multi-family housing estates 2 times per month, between 6.00 – 20.00.

d. Biowaste constituting municipal waste (waste codes: 20 01 08, 20 02 01)

- from single-family housing estates 1 time every two weeks from 1 April to 31 October, and once a month in the remaining period,

- from multi-family housing estates 1 time per week from 1 April to 31 October, and once every 2 weeks in the remaining period, between 6.00 – 20.00.

e. Ash from households (waste codes: 20 01 99, 20 03 99)

- from single-family housing estates 1 time per month from 1 October to 30 April,

- from multi-family housing estates 1 time per month from 1 October to 30 April, between 6.00 – 20.00.

- from single-family and multi-family housing estates in July, one collection of waste from in front of the property on the entire area of the Gmina. From 1 May to 30 September, residents can deliver ash to the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste in Kucerz.

f. Paper, glass, metals and plastics from areas designated for public use – according to the actual needs of the ordering party, but not less than 1 time per month,

g. Biowaste from areas designated for public use according to the actual needs of the ordering party, but not less than 2 times per month from 1 April to 31 October, and once a month in the remaining period.

h. Clothing and textiles - from single-family and multi-family housing estates in July, one collection of waste from in front of the property on the entire area of the Gmina (at the time of ash collection in July).
