Poland – Construction work – Rozbudowa dróg powiatowych ulicy Katowickiej oraz ulicy Wojska Polskiego wraz z budową zintegrowanego centrum przesiadkowego „Mijanka” w Świętochłowicach

The subject of the contract is the execution, on behalf of the Contracting Authorities – Gmina Świętochłowice, Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. with headquarters in Katowice, and Chorzowsko-Świętochłowickie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji with headquarters in Chorzów – of construction works within the investment task entitled: Expansion of the county roads of Katowicka Street and Wojska Polskiego Street along with the construction of an integrated transfer centre “Mijanka” in Świętochłowice. The scope of the contract subject includes the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of decision ZRiD 2/2022 of 3.10.2022 and on the basis of Building Permit No. 28/22 of 15.03.2022. A detailed description of the contract subject is contained in the Contract Subject Description constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ and in the project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the scope of works constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
