Poland – Other electrical installation work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj dla zadania pn. „Inwestycja w ambulatoryjną opiekę specjalistyczną oraz rozwój opieki jednego dnia w SP ZOZ MSWiA w Poznaniu”

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in a design and build formula for the task entitled “Investment in outpatient specialist care and the development of one-day care in SPZOZ MSWiA in Poznań” in a scope allowing use in accordance with the intended purpose, according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in the SWZ, the contract and the annexes to the contract, which constitute an integral part of the contract. The subject task consists of the following four scopes of works: a. Scope I – “Investment in outpatient specialist care and the development of one-day care in SPZOZ MSWiA in Poznań”, b. Scope II – “Investment in a therapeutic rehabilitation facility and for persons with disabilities in SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań named after prof. Ludwik Bierkowski”, c. Scope III – “Investment in a mental health clinic in SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań named after prof. Ludwik Bierkowski”, d. Scope IV – “Investment in a hospital admissions room in SP ZOZ MSWiA in Poznań named after prof. Ludwik Bierkowski”. The entire contract therefore covers the execution of design documentation and the execution of construction works with necessary equipment, for each of the four scopes mentioned above. The premises covered by the subject of the contract are located on the basement/ground floor, ground floor and first floor of the Polyclinic building and the third floor of the High/Inpatient Building of the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Poznań named after prof. Ludwik Bierkowski, at ul. Dojazd 34 in Poznań. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements related to its implementation have been defined in Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.
