Romania – Trolleybuses – Achiziționarea de troleibuze articulate pentru îmbunătățirea și extinderea capacității transportului public de călători în Municipiul București - 100 bucăți

The subject of the public procurement contract is "Procurement of articulated trolleybuses for the improvement and extension of the public passenger transport capacity in the Municipality of Bucharest" - SMIS code 351096, under the Bucharest Ilfov Regional Programme 2021-2027, priority 4 – A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility, Specific Objective "Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility, as part of the transition to a zero carbon dioxide emission economy" – Call P4/4.1/4.2/2025 - Call dedicated to clean public transport. The project provides for the procurement of 100 autonomous articulated trolleybuses, in accordance with the requirements of the award documentation. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority mentions that it will respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators up to the deadline set in the Participation Notice. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
