Poland – Multi-functional buildings construction work – Zaprojektowanie oraz wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Budowa nowego bosmanatu Marina Gdynia”

1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the investment task entitled “Construction of a new bosmanat at Marina Gdynia”, consisting of the construction of a new bosmanat for the yacht marina Marina Gdynia along with the yacht club facilities, on municipal land designated as plots with cadastral numbers 3024, 3025 and 3026, district 0026 Śródmieście. 2. The subject of the contract consists of two Stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of a complete set of design and cost documentation and obtaining a final building permit/statement of no objection to the notified intention to carry out construction works. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works within the scope resulting from the design and cost documentation prepared under Stage I, as mentioned in point 1, along with all other related works and the performance of multi-disciplinary author supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design and cost documentation prepared under Stage I, as mentioned in point 1, as well as obtaining a building permit for use by the Contractor. 3. A detailed description and the method of execution of the contract is contained in the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ), which is Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, including the Functional-User Program for the investment (PFU), which is Appendix No. 4A to the SWZ.
