Poland – Cleaning and sanitation services – Świadczenie kompleksowej usługi utrzymania czystości i dezynfekcji w obiektach Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Legnicy

The subject of the contract includes the provision of a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection service in the facilities belonging to the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny in Legnica, including: 1) the provision of a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection service, 2) cooperation with the medical staff of the Hospital in the field of patient care, 3) the provision of internal transport services within the facilities and between the facilities belonging to the Hospital in Legnica at ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5, 4) the provision of a service for maintaining cleanliness on the external areas belonging to the Hospital, including the care and reclamation of green areas, snow removal and maintenance of safe conditions during the winter period, 5) management of the depot for patients' clothing and belongings and visitors to the Hospital. 2. The scope of the contract does not include the following Hospital rooms: 1) administrative-office rooms located on level 0 (high ground floor) in building 1D, 2) the Hospital Pharmacy located on level -1 (low ground floor) in building 1B, 3) the Hospital kitchen premises, 4) premises used by external entities based on concluded lease agreements. 3. The service will be provided in the Contracting Authority's facilities located at ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5 in Legnica (59-220 Legnica).
