Poland – Street-cleaning and sweeping services – Utrzymanie czystości wydzielonych terenów zewnętrznych administrowanych przez Gdański Ośrodek Sportu w latach 2027-2028

The subject of the order covers the maintenance of the cleanliness of the external areas of the individual parts of the order, as follows: part no. 1 - playgrounds, including: the area of playgrounds and sports fields - a total of 48 locations, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Miasta Gdańska; part no. 2 - beach with dunes in area D and the pier, including: the area of dunes approximately 135,000 m2, the area of beaches approximately 264,000 m2, the area of the pier in Gdańsk Brzeźno approximately 2,000 m2, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Miasta Gdańska; part no. 3 - quays, including: the area of quays and marinas - a total of 14 locations, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Miasta Gdańska; part no. 4 - sports and recreational event areas, including: the area of sports and recreational events - a total of 4 locations, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Miasta Gdańska; part no. 5 - beach with dunes in area B, including: the area of dunes approximately 183,000 m2, the area of beaches approximately 189,000 m2, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Miasta Gdańska; part no. 6 - beach with dunes in area A, including: the area of dunes approximately 373,000 m2, the area of beaches approximately 381,000 m2, within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Miasta Gdańska. The detailed scope and conditions for the provision of the service are specified in the Subject of the Order and the Draft Contractual Provisions, which are annexes to the Specification of Contract Terms (SWZ). The basic order covers the provision of services in 2027. The provision of services in 2028 is subject to the option right, in accordance with art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, which means that the provision of these services in 2028 depends on the Contracting Authority's decision to exercise the option right. If the Contracting Authority does not exercise the option right, the provision of services will end in 2027.
