Poland – Street-cleaning and sweeping services – Oczyszczanie i zimowe utrzymane dróg na terenie miasta Lublin - 7 części.

The subject of the contract is the cleaning and winter maintenance of roads in the city of Lublin - 7 parts in Districts: I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII. The detailed scope of the Districts is specified in Attachment No. 1a to SWZ – district boundaries and Attachment No. 1b to SWZ – graphical representation of district boundaries. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 2.1. Winter maintenance, which consists of: 2.1.1. Snow removal and de-icing of road surfaces; 2.1.2. Snow removal and gritting of pedestrian paths and cycle tracks; 2.1.3. Snow removal and gritting of stairs, pedestrian crossings, pedestrian crossings with access to crossings and shelters, and parking lots; 2.1.4. Loading and removal of snow; 2.1.5. Placement of grit bins and their maintenance during the winter season. 2.2. Non-winter cleaning, which consists of: 2.2.1. Cleaning of carriageways from all contaminants including vegetation at the junction of the surface and the kerb; 2.2.2. Cleaning of kerb strips, kerbs, edges, drainage channels from all contaminants and vegetation; 2.2.3. Cleaning of pedestrian paths, cycle tracks, pedestrian-cyclist paths, hardened islands dividing carriageways, directional islands, hardened lanes dividing carriageways, shelters and other street elements with a cross-section of the street from all contaminants and vegetation; 2.2.4. Cleaning of parking surfaces, stairs and pedestrian crossings from all contaminants and vegetation. 2.3. Summer cleaning, which consists of: 2.3.1. Cleaning of carriageways from all contaminants including vegetation at the junction of the surface and the kerb; 2.3.2. Cleaning of kerb strips, kerbs, edges, drainage channels from all contaminants and vegetation; 2.3.3. Cleaning of pedestrian paths, cycle tracks, pedestrian-cyclist paths, hardened islands dividing carriageways, directional islands, hardened lanes dividing carriageways, shelters and other street elements with a cross-section of the street from all contaminants and vegetation; 2.3.4. Cleaning of parking surfaces, stairs and pedestrian crossings from all contaminants and vegetation; 2.3.5. Carrying out spraying. 2.4. Other tasks, which consist of: 2.4.1. Emergency works: a) removal and disposal of contaminants or obstacles (e.g. branches, bulk materials, concrete mixtures, lost load, etc.) from the surfaces covered by the contract; b) removal and neutralisation of oil stains, operational fluids and other substances 2.4.2. Cleaning of unused vehicles (wrecks); 2.4.3. Pruning and removal of vegetation restricting road safety; 2.4.4. Leaf collection in the autumn period; 2.4.5. Removal of other objects (e.g. banners) for which no permit has been issued to place in the roadway; 2.4.6. Provision of a vehicle with a driver for the needs of the Contracting Authority related to the implementation of the contract (10 times a month for 2 hours each). 3.
