Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Secemin od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2027 r.”

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the area of the Gmina Secemin from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, collected both selectively and mixed. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected and disposed of from properties in the area of the Gmina Secemin from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 is: 1200 Mg. NOTICE: The contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender form the addresses of the municipal facilities to which the waste will be transferred in accordance with art. 6d para. 4 point 5 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2025 item 733 as amended). In the absence of addresses indicated, the offer will be rejected. Detailed requirements and the scope of the contract have been described in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ.
