Poland – Construction work – Przebudowa budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Lubaczowie w ramach zadania: „Przebudowa w celu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Lubaczowie przy ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 6”.

The subject of the contract are construction works related to the reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Lubaczów at 6 Jana III Sobieskiego Street. The investment task to be carried out includes: the reconstruction of the existing building at 6 Jana III Sobieskiego Street, Lubaczów, within the scope of works covered by the building permit decision no. 242/2024 of 04.07.2024, in accordance with the prepared documentation by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda. The subject of the Contract includes, within the framework of qualified funds: 1) guaranteed scope: a) external wall insulation; b) ceiling insulation; c) reconstruction of external partitions and ceilings of the building due to the designed mechanical ventilation system – execution of openings for mechanical ventilation installation pipes; d) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the building's roof with a capacity of 21.8 kWp; e) construction (installation) of a mechanical ventilation system with a central unit located on the building's roof; f) construction (installation) of an air conditioning system, including two outdoor units on the building's roof; g) construction (installation) of a BMS (Building Management System) and system; h) replacement of window and door joinery, in accordance with audit guidelines, in the "warm installation" system and with window opening sensors; i) roof reconstruction - replacement of the roof truss, covering and roofing together with the finishing of the roof surface with EPDM membrane; j) reconstruction of the gas boiler room – dismantling of old boilers together with the installation of the boiler room and installation of new condensing boilers supplied with gas together with the fittings; k) execution of a new heating installation with insulated pipes together with the installation of new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves; l) repair of the hot water installation and installation of a tank in the boiler room together with control fittings; m) dismantling of existing air conditioning elements (outdoor units, indoor units, cabling); n) repair of internal and external lighting, including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires, and replacement of cabling; o) accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to the original state); p) steel structures for suspended ceilings and stairs to the archive; q) replacement of floor coverings in the rooms indicated in the documentation r) sheet metal works and other construction works (e.g. sheet metal processing of chimneys, sealing of ventilation ducts, supply and installation of nesting boxes); s) demolition and restoration works (e.g. dismantling and re-installation: flag holders, signs and markings, balustrades and barriers); t) installation of nesting boxes; u) lightning protection installation; v) hydrant installation. 2) order carried out within the scope of the option right: a) option right I: construction and assembly works consisting of the supply and installation of internal parapets and the manufacture and installation of new internal window grilles in the server room; b) option right II: construction and assembly works consisting of the installation of suspended aluminum grilles on a metal grid; c) option right III: finishing construction works including: plastering, priming, gypsum smoothing and painting of all rooms.
