Germany – Construction project management services – Rahmenvereinbarung über Neubau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen - Projektsteuerungsleistungen nach AHO-Heft Nr. 9

This is a framework agreement for freelance project management services in the areas of A (Organisation), B (Quality), C (Costs), D (Deadlines) and E (Contracts) according to AHO-Heft Nr. 9 Project Management Services in the Construction and Real Estate Industry, 6th edition, May 2025. The framework agreement includes project management services for new construction and renovation projects within the remit of the LBB Niederlassung Mainz in the area of State and Federal Construction. The services will be commissioned on a project-specific basis through individual calls from the framework agreement. In addition to the basic services of project management, special services may be commissioned on a case-by-case basis. The project management services include, in particular, the services according to AHO in the project stages of project preparation, planning, execution preparation, execution and project completion. These include, in particular: - the coordination and control of project participants, - the scheduling, cost and quality control, - the organisation and moderation of project meetings, - the updating and monitoring of project goals, - the project, decision and reporting system, - the support of the client in contract and variation control as well as - the involvement in risk, opportunity and conflict management. The project management services concern, in particular, the following new construction and renovation measures, which are predominantly located in the city area of Mainz, but are not exhaustive: - Renovation Philosophische Fakultät, construction sections 1 and 2 - New construction Universitätsbibliothek - New construction Geozentrum - New construction Gewächshäuser - Renovation Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät - Renovation Tiefgarage Landtag - Renovation AMDG - Staatsanwaltschaft Mainz - Renovation and extension - Polizeipräsidium Mainz - Comprehensive renovation
