The subject of this procurement is the acquisition of automation solutions as a complete service. The aim is to procure the continuous service of existing software robots as a complete service and the implementation of new automations on the same platform using open-source tools, leveraging the possibilities of AI. The subject of the procurement and the requirements related to it are described in detail in this tender and its annexes. The buyer will select, based on the competition, one (1) supplier with whom it will make an agreement. The procurement quantities presented in the tender are estimates, and the agreement does not constitute a firm commitment for the buyer. The buyer will decide on additional procurements and options during the contract period in accordance with the agreement.
