Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from NERI DEPOSITI COSTIERI S.p.A. (Tax Code - 02250760101) based in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 33, for the grant of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/1994 ss.mm./ii., for the use of maritime public domain areas, totaling approximately 2,393 sq.m., located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the Industrial Canal – previously the subject of Maritime Public Domain License No. 50/2019 – in order to use and maintain an open quay area (berth no. 28) on which various underground and above-ground facilities are located, serving the adjacent coastal warehouse, located on private property, and to maintain a connecting pipeline between said warehouse and the Darsena Ugione.
