Poland – Ice-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych, wewnętrznych, chodników, parkingów i placów na terenie gminy Sędziszów Małopolski w sezonie 2026/2027.

The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal, internal roads, pavements, parking lots and squares in the municipality of Sędziszów Małopolski for the 2026/2027 season. 2. The contracting authority has divided the basic (guaranteed) subject of the contract into 4 Parts: Part I – Services related to the winter maintenance of streets, pavements, parking lots and squares in the area of the city of Sędziszów Małopolski and one-off cleaning after the end of the winter action. As part of Part I, the Contractor will be obliged to provide winter maintenance services for: 1) I Priority maintenance of streets, with a total length of 10.500 km 2) II Priority maintenance of streets, with a total length of 18.210 km 3) Maintenance of pavements, parking lots and squares with a total area of 47,952.50 m2 Part II – Services related to the emergency winter maintenance of streets located in the areas of: Kawęczyn Sędziszowski, Borek Wielki, Wolica Ługowa, Wolica Piaskowa. As part of Part II, the Contractor will be obliged to provide winter maintenance services for the above-mentioned streets in the areas of: 1) Kawęczyn: Bieszczadzka, Karpacka, Roztocze, Jeżynowa, Podlesie, Sudecka, Beskidzka. 2) Borek Wielki: Szkolna (including the pavement in the direction of the Church), Leśna, Perłowa, Dworska, Rolnicza, Zachodnia, Zielna, Grafitowa, Błękitna, Jastrzębia, Słowicza, Jaskółcza, Skowronkowa, Wschodnia (including the pavement along the entire length), Narcyzowa, Słonecznikowa, Żurawia, Gołębia, Wiejska, Poręby, Jodłowa, Gajowa, Cisowa, Sosnowa, Świerkowa, Tomasza Dyły 3) Wolica Ługowa: Miodowa, Strzelców, Ziołowa, Strażacka, Liliowa, Krzewowa, Migdałowa, Waniliowa, Laurowa, Pod Dębem, Bakaliowa, Tymiankowa, Bazyliowa, Kawowa, Jeżynowa, Podlesie, Wolicka, Imbirowa, Miętowa, Spokojna, Karmelowa 4) Wolica Piaskowa: Jaśminowa, Wschodnia (including the pavement along the entire length), Niepodległości, Orzechowa, Aroniowa, Szafranowa, Miętowa, Jeżynowa, Jagodowa, Brzoskwiniowa, Północna, Brzozowa (including the pavement along the entire length), Malinowa, Wiśniowa, Wiejska, Potokowa, Źródlana, Podlesie, Bazyliowa Part III – Services related to the emergency winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads located in the areas of: Szkodna, Zagorzyce Górne, Zagorzyce Dolne. Part IV – Services related to the emergency winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads located in the areas of: Klęczany, Będziemyśl, Góra Ropczycka, Czarna Sędziszowska, Boreczek, Krzywa, Cierpisz, Ruda. The Contractor's obligations under Part IV also include the emergency winter maintenance of pavements in the following areas: 1) Klęczany – on the road Klęczany-Majdan 2) Góra Ropczycka – on ul. Parkowa – from dr. kr. nr 94 to świętych – in the direction of Gnojnica 3) Czarna Sędziszowska – in the direction of the voivodeship road Detailed information on the method of service delivery for each of the above parts is contained in Annex 4.1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract for Part I and Annex 4.2 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract for Parts II, III, IV.
