The subject of the contract is the execution of a design and build task entitled: “KPP Świecie – construction of a new headquarters”. The investment assumption is the construction of a new headquarters for the District Police Command in Świecie, consisting of an administrative building with an underground parking lot, a garage and workshop building, a canine support building, a set of kennels for service dogs, a freestanding prestressed concrete antenna mast, a pylon, hardened internal communication with parking spaces and sidewalks, fences with gates and gates, connections and technical infrastructure as well as small architecture objects. 2. The subject of the contract are architectural, construction, engineering and control services as well as construction works, in particular: earthworks, construction works in the scope of buildings, concreting, reinforced concrete structures, masonry works, steel structures, execution of roof coverings, insulation works, thermal insulation, facade works, plastering, construction joinery works, floor and wall coverings, painting and glazing works, finishing construction works, other, electrical installation works, works in the scope of cabling and electrical installations, works in the scope of fibre optic installations, water and sewerage and sanitary installation works, installation of central heating, installation of ventilation and air conditioning units, water and sewerage and sanitary installation works, works in the scope of designing, founding and assembly of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete poles, demolition works, works in the scope of various pavements. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the execution of a design and build task entitled: “KPP Świecie – construction of a new headquarters” described in detail in: 1) Functional-User Programme constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 2.1. to the SWZ.
