The subject of the contract is: "Collection of unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from the sorting of municipal waste, selectively collected waste such as bio-waste, metal, plastic, multi-material packaging, paper and glass, and the collection and disposal of other selectively collected municipal waste from property owners where residents of Miejsce Piastowe live." The scope of the contract has been divided into two periods: A. from the conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026, B. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The scope of the contract for period A, from the conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2026, includes: 1) Collection of municipal waste, specified below, generated in the area of Miejsce Piastowe: - from property owners where residents live, collected in bags: - unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from the sorting of municipal waste, - selectively collected bio-waste, metal, plastic, multi-material packaging, paper and glass. 2) Collection and disposal of municipal waste, generated in the area of Miejsce Piastowe, from property owners where residents live, collected in bags and selectively collected - ash. 3) Collection of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste located in Miejsce Piastowe, in Targowiska, at plot no. 1096/1: plastic, multi-material packaging, metal, paper and glass, bio-waste constituting parts of plants originating from the maintenance of green areas and gardens, 4) Collection and disposal of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste located in Miejsce Piastowe, in Targowiska, at plot no. 1096/1: used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, textile and clothing waste. 5) Collection of municipal waste from selective collection containers located in the area of Miejsce Piastowe, i.e. green (belonging to the contracting authority) glass waste including packaging glass waste, yellow (belonging to the contractor) waste together: metal and plastic including metal waste and packaging waste from metal, plastic waste, including packaging waste from plastic and multi-material packaging waste, blue (belonging to the contractor) paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard. The collection will take place within the so-called "Mobile Collection". The scope of the contract for period B, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, includes: 1) Collection of municipal waste, specified below, generated in the area of Miejsce Piastowe: from property owners where residents live, collected in bags: - unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from the sorting of municipal waste, - selectively collected bio-waste, metal, plastic, paper and glass. 2) Collection and disposal of municipal waste, generated in the area of Miejsce Piastowe, from property owners where residents live, collected in bags and selectively collected - ash. 3) Collection and disposal of the following municipal waste, generated in the area of Miejsce Piastowe, from property owners where residents live, within the so-called mobile waste collection: expired medicines and used batteries. 4) Collection of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste located in Miejsce Piastowe, in Targowiska, at plot no. 1096/1: plastic, multi-material packaging, metal, paper and glass, bio-waste constituting parts of plants originating from the maintenance of green areas and gardens, 5) Collection and disposal of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste located in Miejsce Piastowe, in Targowiska, at plot no. 1096/1: used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, construction and demolition waste from households, waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, textile and clothing waste. 6) Collection of municipal waste from selective collection containers located in the area of Miejsce Piastowe, i.e. green (belonging to the contracting authority) glass waste including packaging glass waste, yellow (belonging to the contractor) waste together: metal and plastic including metal waste and packaging waste from metal, plastic waste, including packaging waste from plastic and multi-material packaging waste, blue (belonging to the contractor) paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard.
