Poland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Budowa trzech budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną przy ul. Heleny Żybułtowskiej 4C, 4D, 4E w Stargardzie w ramach budowy I etapu Osiedla Forsycji

Execution of all necessary works related to the construction of three multi-family residential buildings (designated as Building A1, B1, C1) along with land development and necessary technical infrastructure at ul. Heleny Żybułtowskiej 4C, 4D, 4E, located on plots no. 10/2, 3/3, 3/4, 3/5, parcel 15 in Stargard, as part of the first stage of the Forsycji Estate development. These works include, among others: a) preparatory works, b) construction of Building A1 in accordance with the design documentation, c) construction of Building B1 in accordance with the design documentation, d) construction of Building C1 in accordance with the design documentation, e) land development and necessary technical infrastructure, including road elements, in accordance with the design documentation, f) removal and disposal of construction waste, g) other works listed in the Subject of the Contract Description, which is Annex 10 to the SWZ and all documents constituting the aforementioned Annex, in a manner that enables obtaining a permit for use.
