Poland – Hospital facilities construction work – Dobudowa i rozbudowa budynku H celem zwiększenia dostępności i poprawy jakości opieki psychiatrycznej w Szpitalu Powiatowym w Chrzanowie

The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation and the execution of construction works for the task named: Extension and expansion of Building H to increase accessibility and improve the quality of psychiatric care at the County Hospital in Chrzanów. The details of the subject of the contract are described in: Annex 11 - PFU document, contract template – Annex 10 and this SWZ. State Treasury co-financing - Ministry of Health until 31 December 2027 for the implementation of the investment programme named: "Extension and expansion of Building H to increase accessibility and improve the quality of psychiatric care at the County Hospital in Chrzanów". The deadline for the entire subject of the Contract (which means the deadline for the completion of all works/activities falling within the subject of the Contract as well as the signing by the Parties of the final acceptance protocol and obtaining the permit for use): no later than 31.12.2027 (the date is indicated due to the need to complete and settle the Project as indicated in the SWZ). The start date indicated in this contract notice, within the estimated period of validity, is an indicative date.
