Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from NERI DEPOSITI COSTIERI S.p.A. (Tax Code - 02250760101) based in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 33, and MASOL CONTINENTAL BIOFUEL S.r.l. (Tax Code - 08293900968) based in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 35/A, for the grant of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/1994 and subsequent amendments and additions, for the use, under joint ownership, of maritime public domain areas, totaling approximately 1,391 m2, located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the Industrial Canal – previously the subject of Maritime Public Domain Licence No. 7/2019 – with the aim of maintaining a quay (berth no. 27) serving the industrial facilities behind it, located on private property.
