Poland – Construction work – Modernizacja stacji elektroenergetycznej 110/15 kV Siemiatycze na terenie działalności PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Białystok, zgodnie z posiadaną dokumentacją projektową

The subject of the Contract is the Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Siemiatycze power station within the scope of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch, in accordance with the available design documentation; 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract includes Annex No. 1 to SWZ and Annex No. 1.1 to STWiORB; 3. The Contracting Authority requires the employment, under an employment contract, by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing, during the execution of the contract, the tasks specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the powers of the Contracting Authority in the scope of controlling the fulfilment by the Contractor of the requirements related to the employment of these persons, as well as the sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are contained in the draft provisions of the Contract, which constitute Annex No. 2 to SWZ; 4. The subject of the contract – Modernisation of the 110/15 kV Siemiatycze power station within the scope of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch, in accordance with the available design documentation, is part of the project entitled "Development of the intelligent power grid in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch – II" co-financed from the European Fund for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (Priority FEPW.02 Energy and Climate, Action FEPW.02.01 Energy Distribution) under the co-financing agreement no. FEPW.02.01IP.030003/2400; 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the Public Procurement Procedure if the public funds that it intended to allocate to finance all/part of the contract are not granted to it. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the PZP Act, the possibility of invalidating the Procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice.
