The present procedure aims to execute the works related to the natural gas network in the Commune of Grădiștea, Călărași County. The description of the works can be found in the technical project, which is an integral part of the award documentation. Estimated value: 40,582,988.94 lei, excluding VAT, broken down as follows: 1.2. Site Preparation: 0.00 lei, excluding VAT. 1.3. Environmental protection arrangements and restoration to original state: 8,548.59 lei, excluding VAT. 1.4. Costs for relocation/protection of utilities: 0.00 lei, excluding VAT. 2.1. Costs for ensuring utilities necessary for the project: 65,350.00 lei, excluding VAT. 4.1. Construction and installations: 36,719,464.29 lei, excluding VAT. 4.2. Installation of machinery, technological and functional equipment: 0.00 lei, excluding VAT. 4.3. Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring installation: 2,255,000.00 lei, excluding VAT. 4.4. Machinery, technological and functional equipment not requiring installation and transport equipment: 0.00 lei, excluding VAT. 4.5. Equipment: 122,996.52 lei, excluding VAT. 4.6. Intangible assets: 737,977.92 lei, excluding VAT. 5.1.1. Construction and installation works related to site organisation: 673,651.62 lei, excluding VAT. 6.2. Technological trials and tests: 0.00 lei, excluding VAT. TOTAL ITEMISED COSTS: 40,582,988.94. The estimated value does not include sums provisioned, in accordance with the mentions in Note 6 of ANAP Instruction No. 3/2017. The estimated value of the contract to be awarded does not include the sum related to various and unforeseen costs specified in the project budget (general estimate), which may be accessed, as the case may be, depending on needs, through the modification of the contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 221 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement. Contract duration: maximum 12 months. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 7th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification will be sent in editable format.
