The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire Investment in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted in the open procedure under the name „CONSTRUCTION OF AN ELEVATED HELIPAD FOR RESCUE HELICOPTERS FOR THE MULTIDISCIPLINARY ONCOLOGY AND TRAUMATOLOGY CENTRE NAMED M. KOPERNIKA IN LODZ”. In particular, the subject of this contract includes: The execution of construction and installation works on the basis of the Project Documentation as well as: a. The execution of the sectoral post-construction documentation b. The organisation and carrying out of the necessary tests, trials, measurements and inspections, as well as the final acceptance of the entire works that are the subject of the contract, c. The preparation on behalf of the Contracting Authority of a notice of the commencement and completion of the works as well as the obtaining of the permits required by law necessary for the execution of the facility and its commissioning (if required). The subject matter has been described in detail in the following annexes: a) Project documentation – Annex no. 2 to SWZ b) Contract template – Annex no. 9 to SWZ The Contracting Authority requires a tender to be submitted for the entire subject of the contract.
