Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – KOMPLEKSOWA DOSTAWA ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ DLA PUNKTÓW Z INSTALACJAMI OZE NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY PLEŚNA

The subject of this order is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY FOR POINTS WITH OZE INSTALLATIONS FOR THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PLEŚNA for the objects indicated in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the executive regulations issued on their basis. The Municipality of Pleśna, as well as the members of the Purchasing Group and their units listed in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ, will enter into separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure in the form of an unlimited tender. Detailed information regarding all points of supply is contained in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ and attachment no. 5 to the SWZ. It will be the obligation of the selected Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to implement the Complex Agreements for the supply of electricity concluded with the Contractor, covering the sale and provision of the service of distributing electricity. For the performance of the above-mentioned activity, the Contractor will receive the appropriate power of attorney (attachment no. 5.1 to the SWZ). The Purchaser acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Purchaser's headquarters), on behalf of: • Municipality of Bobowa • Municipality of Ryglice • Municipality of Szczurowa • Municipality of Tuchów • Municipality of Żabno The estimated demand for electricity for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is 1 079 156 kWh. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of electricity ordered. The Distribution System Operator is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
