Poland – Construction work for art and cultural buildings – Zaprojektowanie i budowa Centrum Folkloru i Kultury Ludowej Województwa Łódzkiego w Łowiczu wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the "design and build" formula for the investment named "Construction of the Folklore and Folk Culture Centre of the Łódź Voivodeship in Łowicz along with the accompanying infrastructure". The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of complete multi-disciplinary project documentation, including documentation necessary to obtain the required opinions, agreements, decisions, permits and approvals; 2) preparation of the interior design project, preparation of the greenery and planting project along with visualisation; 3) preparation of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works; 4) obtaining, on behalf of or for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the required administrative decisions, agreements, opinions, permits and approvals necessary for the design, execution, acceptance and use of the facility; 5) author's supervision during the implementation of the investment, until the end of the warranty and guarantee period for the completed subject of the contract; 6) execution of construction, installation, assembly, supply, commissioning, testing, inspection and acceptance works; 7) provision of the required owner's and specialist inspections, including conservation, archaeological, dendrological or other inspections required by relevant regulations; 8) preparation of post-construction documentation and other documents required for the proper use and operation of the facility; 9) obtaining a permit for use or another document required by law enabling lawful use of the facility; 10) obtaining the required PFU confirmations, tests, checks, certificates, certificates or other documents related to achieving the required standard of a passive building; 11) performance of all other activities necessary to achieve the result specified in the contract documents.
