Poland – Refuse collection services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych, oraz domków letniskowych, lub nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe na terenie Gminy Żabia Wola” na rok 2027

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from residential properties, holiday homes, or other properties used for recreational purposes, located in the territory of the Gmina Żabia Wola, the exchange of waste bags, and the disposal of collected waste. The collection and disposal should be carried out in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, and recovery by other means, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the relevant Regional Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik Województwa Mazowieckiego, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Gmina Żabia Wola.

13. The collection of municipal waste will take place from the owners of properties where residents do and do not live in Gmina Żabia Wola from the following localities: Bartoszówka, Bieniewiec, Bolesławek, Nowa Bukówka, Stara Bukówka, Ciepłe, Ciepłe A, Grzegorzewice, Grzmiąca, Grzymek, Huta Żabiowolska, Józefina, Jastrzębnik, Kaleń, Kaleń-Towarzystwo, Lasek, Lisówek, Musuły, Oddział, Ojrzanów, Ojrzanów-Towarzystwo, Osowiec, Petrykozy, Pieńki Słubickie, Pieńki Zarębskie, Piotrkowice, Przeszkoda, Redlanka, Rumianka, Siestrzeń, Skuły, Słubica A, Słubica B, Słubica Dobra, Słubica-Wieś, Władysławów, Wycinki Osowskie, Zalesie, Zaręby, Żabia Wola, Żelechów.

14. The contractor will implement the subject of the contract from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

15. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Contract Subject Description, which is an annex to SWZ no. 8 and the contract template (annex no. 9 to SWZ). All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions based on art. 226 para. 1 point 5) of the Pzp Act.

16. The contracting authority does not foresee equivalent solutions for the given service in the Contract Subject Description.
