Bulgaria – Electricity – „Доставка на нетни количества активна електрическа енергия /високо/средно/ ниско/ напрежение и избор на координатор на стандартна балансираща група за срок от 12 месеца за нуждите на Териториално поделение „Държавно горско стопанство Казанлък“

The awarding of the public procurement contract aims to conclude a contract for the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy for the needs of ТП ДГС Kazanlak, to ensure a service for forecasting consumption, as well as to prepare schedules from the coordinator of the balancing group, submit them, correct them if necessary, be responsible for balancing and all activities related to participating in the free electricity market of the Contracting Authority. The open procedure is conducted for the purpose of awarding a public procurement contract for the supply of electrical energy at freely agreed prices in accordance with Article 100, Article 101, Article 102 and Article 103 of the EEA and the Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy for the Supply of Facilities of ТП ДГС Kazanlak, high, medium and low voltage networks. The price for delivery includes active electrical energy, balancing costs and costs of the participant for ensuring the aforementioned services, without additionally charging the balancing group for excess and shortage of imbalances. The Contracting Authority does not pay for the balancing group and does not incur the costs of imbalances.

Place of delivery: the delivery of active electrical energy will be made to five facilities of the Contracting Authority, as follows: Administrative building of ТП ДГС Kazanlak, located in the town of Kazanlak, Stara Zagora region, at bul. Osvobozhdenie No. 19 ITN 2007819, Administrative building in Shipka ITN 2007820, Nursery in Buzovgrad ITN 2007821, Nursery in Gorno Izvorovo ITN 2007818 and Bungalow Kupaci –Buzludzha ITN 2007824.

Contract duration - 12 months, from the date of conclusion, or until the financial resources of the contract are exhausted and it is terminated upon the occurrence of either of the two grounds specified. The forecast quantity of electrical energy for the contract period is 22 762 kWh. The quantities specified in the documentation are forecast for the contract period and are determined on the basis of the Contracting Authority's previous consumption, calculated for 12 months, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to consume them and not being limited by them. The forecast quantity of electricity to be delivered for the contract period is determined on the basis of the quantities consumed for the previous 12 months for all the facilities of the Contracting Authority, specified in the participation documentation. When executing the contract, all the requirements of the Technical Specification must be complied with. The subject of the contract also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutorily determined taxes, network services and excise duties. The same will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In connection with the above, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 10 and the conditions of Article 20 of the EETR (Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy).
