Task name: ,,Collection and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Skoroszyce’’ for the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 (24 months).

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of the entire mass of municipal waste and its transport - from the owners of all residential and non-residential properties in the Municipality of Skoroszyce and the transfer of waste collected from the owners of residential properties to the appropriate facilities for their disposal, in accordance with the law, including the transfer of: - selectively collected municipal waste directly or via another waste collector to recovery or waste treatment facilities, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods, as referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste; - non-segregated (mixed) remaining after segregation of municipal waste directly to the municipal facility.

3. Delivery of LDPE bags: a) yellow, marked with the inscription "METALS AND PLASTICS", capacity 120l, no more than 6,000 pcs per month; b) blue, marked with the inscription "PAPER", capacity 120l, no more than 2,000 pcs per month; c) green, marked with the inscription "GLASS", capacity 80l for owners of single-family buildings and non-residential properties, no more than 2,000 pcs. The above quantities are maximum quantities.

4. Delivery of containers up to 50 pcs with a capacity of 1100l in green, for packaging waste from glass (clear and coloured) with the inscription "GLASS" and their placement on the territory of the Municipality of Skoroszyce and at multi-family properties – Blocks of flats (the containers belong to the Contractor). According to Annex No. 1.

5. Service of the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in Skoroszyce at ul. Nyskiej 11, consisting in the collection, disposal and transport of segregated municipal waste collected in containers, as indicated in the Resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Skoroszyce No. XV/136/2020 of 31 July 2020 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and disposing of such waste. Amended by the Resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Skoroszyce No. XXXVIII/305/2022 of 25 November 2022 on the amendment of the resolution on the detailed determination of the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and disposing of such waste.

6. The Contractor will equip the PSZOK with at least 4 open containers with a capacity of at least 7 m3 adapted for covering with a tarpaulin, intended for the collection of the following types of waste mentioned below. - 1 container for the collection of furniture and other bulky waste, - 2 containers for the collection of construction and demolition waste, constituting municipal waste, - 1 container for the collection of bio-waste - in lockable containers, appropriately described (type of waste, waste code), ensuring the protection of collected waste; adapted for the collection and disposal of waste: a) 4 pcs. capacity 1100l - plastics, metals and multi-material packaging; b) 2 pcs. capacity 1100l - glass; c) 1 pc. capacity 1100l - for paper and cardboard; d) 1 pc. capacity 1100l - textiles and clothing; e) 1 pc. capacity 1100l - equipment containing freon; f) 1 pc. capacity 1100l - fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury; g) 1 pc. capacity 1100l - paints, inks, glues and resins containing hazardous substances; h) 1 pc. capacity 120l - expired medicines; i) 1 pc. capacity 120l - used batteries and accumulators; j) 1 pc. capacity 1100l - engine oils; The containers and containers located in the PSZOK The Contractor is obliged to empty them with a frequency that will prevent their overflow and ensure the continuity of waste supply by residents.

7. Collection and transport for the purpose of disposal or recovery of expired or unwanted medicines from the container located in the pharmacy at ul. Działkowej 12 in Skoroszyce. With a frequency - no less than once every three months

8. The Contractor is obliged to collect and dispose of all municipal waste generated on properties where residents live. On non-residential properties in accordance with the declared number of containers.

9. The Contractor is obliged to collect and dispose of all waste put out during the collection campaign, 2 times during the contract period, once a year. Bulky items, used electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres (4 pcs per household)

10. The Contractor is obliged to develop, based on the information provided by the Contracting Authority and taking into account the provisions of the local laws in force in the Municipality of Skoroszyce, a schedule for the collection of municipal waste, valid during the contract period.

11. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ.
