The subject of the contract is the construction works related to the reconstruction of the office building of the Tax Office in Tarnobrzeg at Wyspiańskiego 12. 1. The investment task to be carried out includes the reconstruction of the existing building within the scope of works covered by the building permit decision no. 69/24 of 18.07.2024, in accordance with the documentation prepared by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda. The guaranteed scope of the contract includes: wall insulation of the building, execution of anti-water insulation of the foundation walls, dismantling of the existing window joinery, dismantling of the existing door lock, installation of a new door lock, according to the audit guidelines, installation of new window joinery with window opening sensors, external parapets and external barriers, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, modernization of the central heating installation (replacement of the entire central heating installation, installation of isolation valves and other required devices, installation of thermostatic valves, supply and installation of an automation system allowing for optimal regulation of the system in terms of its efficiency), construction of a BMS system, dismantling of existing air conditioning elements (external units, internal units, cabling), installation of air conditioning, installation of an external unit on the roof, modernization of lighting, including replacement of fixtures with LED fixtures, and replacement of cabling, execution of a photovoltaic installation (installation of panels on the roof) with an energy storage system, construction works resulting from the fire expertise and the decision of the Provincial Fire Commander, roof repair, repair of the side and main roof, works related to the restoration of the surface around the building associated with the shock-absorbing strip around the building, external works related to the subject of the works (dismantling, dismantling and re-installation of elements on the facade), finishing accompanying works (painting, plastering, cladding i.e. restoration to the original state), installation of self-closing devices in selected internal doors, lightning protection installation, installation of anchor points on chimneys.
