Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Bolesław w latach 2027-2028

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from properties where residents live and from properties that are partly properties where residents live and partly properties where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated (mixed properties), covered by the municipal waste collection system, located in the area of Gmina Bolesław, in the years 2027-2028, in a manner that ensures the achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, the level of landfilling and the limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and with the executive regulations issued on the basis of the above act, the binding Waste Management Plan of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, the binding local law regulations, i.e. the resolutions of the Council of Gmina Bolesław regarding the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Gmina Bolesław and regarding the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and disposing of this waste, in exchange for the fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner.
