The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire Investment in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract provided in the procedure conducted in the open tender procedure under the name “Construction of a canopy over the stairs and reconstruction of the entrance stairs to building E and F of the Pediatric Centre named after dr. J. Korczak in Łódź at al. Piłsudskiego 71”. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: a) Preparation of the construction and execution design for all trades in accordance with the subject of the contract, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, cost estimates, and obtaining a building permit or notification of construction works not requiring a building permit (if required). b) Coordination of documentation with the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Łódź and obtaining, before the commencement of any works or other actions at a monument entered in the register of monuments, permission from the Łódź Provincial Monument Conservator to undertake other actions at a monument entered in the register of monuments, in accordance with the letter from the Łódź Provincial Monument Conservator dated 6 May 2025; c) Design and construction of the canopy in a manner consistent with the conditions accepted by the Łódź Provincial Monument Conservator, i.e. a canopy made of steel columns and a glass roof covering, in a colour scheme that matches the existing canopies at the historic buildings, unless the competent monument protection authority in the issued permit allows or orders a different solution. d) Execution of construction and installation works on the basis of the prepared execution project. e) Preparation on behalf of the Contracting Authority of a notification of the commencement and completion of works and obtaining the permits required by law necessary for the execution of the object and its commissioning (if required), f) Obtaining all permits necessary to carry out the Investment. g) Performing the author's supervision of the project author to the extent mentioned in the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law. h) Organisation and conduct of the necessary tests, tests, measurements and acceptance, as well as final acceptance of all the works of the given stage which are the subject of the contract.
