Poland – Construction work for buildings relating to health and social services, for crematoriums and public conveniences – Budowa Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego dla Dorosłych przy Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Specjalistycznym w Legnicy w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj

1) The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction investment in a design and build formula, consisting of the preparation of complete project documentation for the investment and then, on this basis, the construction of the Adult Mental Health Centre at the Specialist Hospital in Legnica (hereinafter: the Investment). 2) The subject of the contract will be executed in a design and build formula, including demolition works, ancillary works, site development, necessary technical infrastructure and other costs arising from the design, execution, agreements, and divided into the following stages: a) Stage I – demolition of the buildings of the non-operational above-ground heat exchanger, non-operational underground heat exchanger and the roof of the fuel storage, b) Stage II – preparation of the complete project documentation for the construction of the Adult Mental Health Centre and obtaining the final building permit (hereinafter: Project Documentation), c) Stage III – construction of the Adult Mental Health Centre at the Specialist Hospital in Legnica based on the approved project documentation and building permit, as mentioned in lit. b) (hereinafter: AMHC) along with obtaining a permit for use, d) Stage IV - formal and legal transfer of the Investment ready to provide health services by the Contracting Authority.
