The subject of the procurement is the direct purchasing services and related assessment services required by the Veikkaus Group. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular Annex 1 Description of the Subject of the Procurement. The procurement is divided into two separate sub-areas: 1) Business and 2) TECH. The tenderer may submit a tender for only one of the sub-areas of their choice. The estimated and maximum value of the framework agreement is 1 912 350 euros (VAT 0%). The framework agreement does not include a minimum purchase obligation or exclusive right for the Supplier to provide the service to the Veikkaus Group. The framework agreement is planned to be put into effect in September 2026 and the basic contract period is in force for two (2) years from the signing of the contract. The contract also includes two (2) one (1) year option periods. Veikkaus will select a maximum of two (2) service providers for each sub-area based on the tender competition.
