Poland – Cleaning services – Sprzątanie budynków i posesji Urzędu Dzielnicy Praga – Południe w okresie od 01.01.2027 – 30.06.2028 r.

The subject of the order is the cleaning of buildings and premises of the Praga-Południe District Office from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2028, namely:  cleaning of office rooms, corridors, staircases, social rooms, archives, storerooms, cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities, daily duty – current cleaning,  window cleaning, plant watering,  cleaning and snow removal of the premises,  performing other works commissioned in accordance with the contract. The detailed scope of activities and description of the objects covered by the cleaning is specified in the Subject of the Order, i.e. Annex 13 to the SWZ, which at the same time is Annex No. 1 to the contract template.

2. Additional obligations of the Contractor resulting from the social clause pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor, for the entire period of the order's implementation, employs, on the basis of an employment relationship, on a full-time basis in the sense of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 Kodeks Pracy (Dz.U. z 2026 poz. 1245) workers directly performing activities related to, among others:  persons performing daily duty, i.e.: current cleaning of sanitary facilities, cleaning after meetings, washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen, monitoring corridors, staircases, entrances to the office and elevators at ul. Grochowska 274 and 3 persons at ul. Walewska 4, ul. Wąwolnicka 3, Mycielskiego 20, ul. Paca 39 and ul. Lubelska 30/32),  other cleaning staff: cleaning of office rooms, corridors, staircases, basements, archives, outdoor areas. The above condition will be met by employing new workers/employees under an employment contract or assigning workers/employees already employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor to implement the order. Detailed requirements are specified in §7 of the Contract Template – Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
