The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited properties, on which municipal waste is generated, from the area of the municipality of Zduny. 2. The service consists of the legal collection, transport and disposal of all types and quantities of municipal waste generated from the area of the municipality of Zduny, and in particular the municipal waste indicated below: - unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 - in the amount of approx. 631.20 Mg, - mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06 - in the amount of approx. 139.26 Mg; - used electrical and electronic equipment with code 20 01 36 other than those listed in 20 01 21; 20 01 23; 20 01 35 - in the amount of approx. 0.58 Mg; - glass with code 20 01 02 - in the amount of approx. 101.66 Mg; - waste from concrete and rubble with code 17 01 01 - in the amount of approx. 15.5 Mg. - bulky waste with code 20 03 07 - in the amount of approx. 133.54 Mg; - paper and cardboard with code 20 01 01 - in the amount of approx. 23.76 Mg; - used tyres with code 16 01 03 - in the amount of approx. 13.7 Mg; - medicines and chemicals with code 20 01 32, 20 01 31* - in the amount of approx. 0.13 Mg; - biodegradable kitchen waste – code 20 01 08, biodegradable waste – code 20 02 01 - in the amount of approx. 3.04 Mg; - clothing and textiles with code 20 01 10, 20 01 11 – in the amount of approx. 6.22 Mg; 2. The indicated quantities of municipal waste represent an estimated size according to the collected quantities of waste from the last 12 months, taking into account planned changes. The purchaser reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste collected in relation to the calculations from the last year, and the right to change the type of municipal waste depending on the actual needs and quantities, without the right of the Contractor to claim compensation for this. The purchaser guarantees a minimum of 70% of the estimated quantities of waste for collection and disposal during the contract period, within the scope of the basic contract. 3.
