Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from COSTIERI D’ALESIO S.p.A. (Tax Code 00103370490) based in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 29, for the granting of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/1994 ss.mm./ii., for the use of maritime public domain areas, totaling approximately 3,176 sq.m., located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the root of the Industrial Canal – previously the subject of Licence No. 1/2021 – in order to use two sections of quay (berth No. 29) serving the adjacent coastal warehouse, located on private property, as well as a water area for the mooring of a pontoon and various facilities, functional to the operation of the quay.
