The City's requirement for the HR system is to procure a SaaS-based HR system that meets the City's needs, offers comprehensive and versatile reporting, and integrates seamlessly with other systems in use, acting as the master system for HR data. The goal is for the new system to support the City's strategic objectives, strengthen the HR function's ability to serve the organisation comprehensively, and enable a modern, cost-effective, and user-friendly human resource management model. The aim is to find an HR system that is suitable for the City's needs, agile, and user-friendly, and that is flexible to use and manage from the perspectives of HR specialists, managers, and employees.
