The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply including the sale and provision of distribution services for high-methane natural gas E for gas reception points in the facilities of the Adam Mickiewicz University. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the SWZ. The list of reception points constitutes Annex No. A to the SWZ. The order must be completed: 48 months from the date of the conclusion of the contract. The ordering party indicates that the minimum amount of gaseous fuel that will certainly be used by it is 80% of the maximum amount of gaseous fuel, as referred to in the annex to the SWZ (Draft Contract Terms), as the minimum order (basic). The remaining amount of gaseous fuel (20%) constitutes an option in the meaning of the Pzp, i.e. the ordering party does not have to implement it, whereas the Contractor is obliged to implement the scope of services required by the ordering party within the option.
