Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości oraz innych odpadów z terenu Gminy Miasta Sanoka w okresie od dnia 1 stycznia 2027 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2028r.

The subject of the contract is: 1.1 collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the City of Sanok, 1.2 collection, transport and disposal of selectively collected municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the City of Sanok, 1.3 collection and transport of bio-waste (kitchen waste subject to biodegradation (plant origin only) together with waste subject to biodegradation (leaves and grass) from property owners residing in the area of the City of Sanok, 1.4 collection, transport and disposal of ashes from property owners residing in the area of the City of Sanok, 1.5 collection, transport and disposal of other non-biodegradable waste from properties where no residents live but municipal waste is generated in the area of the City of Sanok (cemetery waste), 2. The contractor collecting municipal waste is obligated to comply with applicable laws, in particular: the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws 2023.1587), the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws 2025.733), the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 (Journal of Laws 2021.906), Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 (Animal by-products Regulation) (OJ L 300, 14.11.2009, p. 1), Resolutions of the City Council of Sanok determining the manner of dealing with waste, including the Resolution on the adoption of the "Regulation on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Area of the City of Sanok." 3.
